Matcha straight
from Wazuka.
Two ceremonial matchas and hojicha, hand-picked in Kyoto. Always in limited batches, always from the first harvest.

From the Wazuka valley,
where matcha begins.
In a small valley near Kyoto we met the farmers in person and carefully selected the teas that match our idea of quality and flavour.
Three ways
to drink matcha.
Usucha
Traditional thin matcha. No milk, just 2 g of tea and 70 ml of water (75 °C), whisked in the bowl with a bamboo chasen.
Latte (hot)
Matcha with warm frothed milk — almond, oat or dairy. A home cafe in a single cup; sweeten to taste.
Iced latte
Same as the hot latte, just in its cold form: cold milk, ice, a drop of honey or syrup. A summer ritual.
