Komorebi is a blend of Okumidori, Saemidori and Yabukita cultivars — a clean, balanced profile leaning toward freshness and lightness. Soft green notes of new leaves and a gentle grassiness, met by a quiet sweetness and delicate umami.
Approachable enough for everyday drinking, and a good place to begin if you’re new to matcha. It carries the traditional usucha as well as it does a matcha latte.
Origin & selection
This matcha comes from the Wazuka region in Kyoto, where we built direct relationships with the farmers and carefully chose the teas that match our idea of quality and flavour.
