2. What personal data we process
When you shop in our online store and use related services, we process the following categories of personal data:
- Identification and contact details: name, surname, email address, phone number, delivery address, billing address.
- Order data: order history, shopping cart contents, chosen payment and delivery method.
- Payment data: information necessary for processing payments (processed by the payment gateway provider — see below).
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, website visit data (cookies — see below).
- Newsletter data: email address, and optionally name, if you subscribe.
3. Purposes and legal bases of processing

4. Transfer of data to third parties
We only transfer your personal data to the extent necessary to fulfill the above-mentioned purposes to the following categories of recipients (processors):
- Shopify International Limited (e-shop platform operator) — Ireland;
- Zásilkovna s.r.o. (Packeta) — goods delivery;
- Shopify Payments (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd.) — processing online payments and Apple Pay / Google Pay;
- provider of accounting and tax services — accounting;
- public authorities — if required by law.
Some of the processors mentioned above may process data outside the European Economic Area. In such a case, the transfer is ensured in accordance with GDPR (especially on the basis of standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission).
5. Your rights
In connection with the processing of personal data, you have the following rights:
- Right of access — to obtain information about whether we process your data and to receive a copy of it.
- Right to rectification — to request correction of inaccurate data.
- Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”) — to request deletion of data if it is no longer needed.
- Right to restriction of processing — in cases specified by law.
- Right to data portability — to obtain your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Right to object — to processing based on legitimate interest.
- Right to withdraw consent — at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before its withdrawal.
